Rooms were immaculately clean provided with a great view, tea/coffee, for example. I loved pleasant and amicable staff.

Tbh, the room was very hot.

It has great value for money room, with a second twin bed. The stuff are efficient.

Our one-night stay at this place was quite comfortable, the bed in our apartment was cozy.

It was located in a good area just next door to the Royal Albert Hall and museums as well as the Underground, Hosts were efficient, even gave us room with a second bed pushed in.

The staff - especially helpful and very amiable. Air-conditioned, new-fashioned room with a really nice bed. Clean bathroom there. Easy setting to go to Gloucester Rd tube.

Staff are friendly and helpful but this is a student residence and you are in a dorm room. I don´t mind the hostel-like style (at least I had a private room) or sharing a bathroom but I found the 60-plus 

The location was good- just hundred metres away u have museum of science, Victoria and Albert's museum. museum of natural history and so on. Albert Hall is actually next door, and thank to location i got to the

While being there we felt safe. The staff was very helpful and excellent in any situation. The beds here were nice.

Room was extremely spacious for us with an extra bed added, drinkable water, separate toilets. Its location was indeed marvellous and incredible, close to South Kensington tube station. The breakfasts was excellent — cheap food. The people working 

The location was unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the main attractions. It was perfect for exploring the city and attending the Christmas festivities. The staff were amazing, always friendly and willing to help with any questions 

I had a very pleasant stay, with location by transport. It was in an ideal and easy place. Staff were especially helpful, I loved them all.

This place has a great location near Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall, and it's conveniently close to a tube station.
